The two top gourmet restaurants are located in the two top hotels of the district. The Caroussel, in the Hotel Bülow Residenz, Rähnitzgasse 19, is one of the best in Saxony and proudly carries its Michelin star. The cuisine is new German with Mediterranean touches. A la carte is available but the set menus are the connoisseur’s choice to appreciate fully the award-winning chef’s skill. The décor is elegant Baroque. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday.
